基于儿童早期预警评分的细节护理在小儿支气管肺炎中的应用效果及对家属满意度的影响

Application effect of detailed nursing based on children's early warning score in pediatric bronchial pneumonia and its influence on family satisfaction

目的探讨基于儿童早期预警评分的细节护理在小儿支气管肺炎中的应用效果及对家属满意度的影响。方法选取2021年2月至2022年12月收治的98例支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象,通过随机数字表余数法将其分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于儿童早期预警评分的细节护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的咳嗽、发热、气促、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的呼吸频率(RR)低于治疗前,达峰容积比(VPEF/VE)、达峰时间比(TPTEF/TE)、潮气量(TV)高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于儿童早期预警评分的细节护理在小儿支气管肺炎中的应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the application effect of detailed nursing based on children's early warning score in pediatric bronchial pneumonia and its influence on family satisfaction.Methods A total of 98 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table remainder method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given detailed nursing based on children's early warning score.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of cough,fever,shortness of breath,pulmonary rales and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the respiratory rate(RR)of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the ratio of volume at peak tidal expiratory flow to expiratory tidal volume(VPEF/VE),ratio of the time to reach peak tidal expiratory flow to total expiratory time(TPTEF/TE)and tidal volume(TV)were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The family satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The detailed nursing based on children's early warning score in pediatric bronchial pneumonia has significant application effect.
