人文关怀用于白血病儿童移植病房优质护理服务效果分析

Efficacy of Humanistic Care on High-Quality Nursing Services in Leukemia Pediatric Transplant Wards

目的分析人文关怀用于白血病儿童移植病房优质护理服务中的实践效果。方法选取医院儿童移植病房2020年6月至2022年5月收治的白血病患儿60例,根据入院顺序分为对照组(2020年6月至2021年5月)和观察组(2021年6月至2022年5月),各30例。对照组患儿采用常规护理方案,观察组患儿采用人文关怀护理措施。结果观察组患儿护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理人员理论知识、沟通能力与服务态度的评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的特殊患者疼痛评估(FLACC)和患儿家长的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀用于儿童移植病房优质护理服务中能提高患儿满意度与病房护理质量,且有利于减轻患儿疼痛感与患儿家属焦虑症状。

Objective To investigate the practice efficacy of humanistic care on high-quality nursing services in leukemia pediatric transplant wards.Methods A total of 60 children with leukemia admitted to the pediatric transplant ward of the hospital from June 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(from June 2020 to May 2021)and the observation group(from June 2021 to May 2022)based on admission order,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the routine nursing care,while the patients in the observation group were given the humanistic care measures.Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge,communication ability,and service attitude of nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Face,Legs,Activity,Crying,Consolability(FLACC)assessment scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care on high-quality nursing services in pediatric transplant wards can improve satisfaction of patients and ward care quality,and be beneficial for reducing pain and anxiety symptoms of patients and their families.
