螺旋CT及其图像处理技术对喉部肿瘤侵犯的诊断价值分析

Analysis of diagnostic value of spiral CT and its image processing technology on throat tumor infringement

目的探讨对于喉部肿瘤疾病,采取螺旋CT检查方式以及图像处理技术对病变诊断的价值。方法80例拟诊喉及下咽肿瘤的患者,均采取螺旋CT检查,进行MPR影像重建,将横断面、MPR与联合图像的结果同术后病理结果进行对照。结果对于会厌、披裂、真假声带、梨状窝、会厌前间隙、颈部淋巴结的三组图像,在准确性上比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对于前联合以及喉旁间隙受侵,三组图像的准确性上比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表现为联合图像的诊断准确率显著高于MPR。结论针对喉部肿瘤疾病,采取横断面薄层CT检查是评价病变性质及范围的基础,MPR可作为横断面图像的有益补充,明确肿瘤侵犯范围,为病变的治疗提供有力参考借鉴。

Objective To investigate the value of spiral CT examination and image processing technology for the diagnosis of laryngeal tumors.Methods 80 patients with suspected laryngeal and hypopharyngeal tumors underwent spiral CT examination and MPR image reconstruction.The results of cross-section,MPR and combined images were compared with postoperative pathological results.Results For the three sets of images of the epiglottis,philtrum,true and false vocal folds,pyriform fossa,anterior epiglottic space,and cervical lymph nodes,there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of the results in terms of accuracy(P>0.05);for the anterior coalition as well as the paralaryngeal space invasion,there was a statistically significant difference in the comparison of the three sets of images in terms of accuracy(P<0.05),which was demonstrated by the fact that the diagnostic accuracy of the coalition image was significantly higher than that of the MPR.Conclusion For laryngeal tumor disease,the spiral CT examination is taken,and cross-section thin layer CT is taken as the basis for evaluating the properties and scope of the lesion,and the MPR can be used as a beneficial supplement of the cross-sectional image,clear tumor infringement,and is the treatment of lesions.Powerful reference to reference.
