复方荆芥熏洗剂治疗急性肛裂100例临床观察

Clinical Efficacy of Compound Jingjie Formula for Fumigation and Washing in Treating 1oo Patients with Acute Anal Fissure

目的:观察复方荆芥熏洗剂坐浴治疗急性肛裂患者的疗效。方法:将急性肛裂患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者采用复方荆芥熏洗剂坐浴治疗,对照组患者采用常规温水坐浴治疗,坐浴后第1、3、7天进行疼痛评分、便血评分,第7天进行临床疗效评价。结果:治疗前2组患者疼痛、便血评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后第1、3、7天观察组患者疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者第3、7天便血评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用复方荆芥熏洗剂治疗急性肛裂可有效减轻患者的疼痛,减少便血,临床效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of sitz bath with Compound Jingjie Formula for Fumigation and Washing in treating patients with acute anal fissure.MI ethodsTotal 100 patients with acute anal fissure were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with Compound Jingjie Formula for Fumigation and Washing,while the control group was treated with routine sitz bath with warm water.The pain score and blood stool score were performed on the lst,3rd and 7th days after the sitz bath,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated on the 7th day.Results There was no significant difference in pain and blood stool scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The pain scores of the observation group on the lst,3rd and 7th days after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The blood stool scores of the observation group on the 3rd and 7th day after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<o.05),and the cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Jingjie Formula for Fumigation and Washing is effective in the treatment of acute anal fissures,which can effectively relieve pain and reduce blood stool.
