摘要
目的:由于槽楔、线圈与铁心已通过绝缘漆固化为整体,牵引电机检修时,需在不损伤定子铁心与线圈情况下,将槽楔从铁心槽内退出,其技术难度较大。因此,须对无损退槽楔装置及其工艺进行研究。方法:基于对定子绕组结构、传统退槽楔装置结构及其工艺方法存在问题的分析,提出一种无损退槽楔装置。该装置包括槽楔切割装置和优化后的退槽楔錾子两部分。用槽楔切割装置对槽楔进行切割,在径向、轴向与周向对槽楔切割装置进行限位的条件下,切割片旋转并伸入槽楔内将槽楔切割一定深度,为了保证不损伤线圈,切痕深度小于槽楔厚度,可降低槽楔在铁心槽内的刚度;优化后的退槽楔錾子抵至槽楔与线圈搭缝,并沿轴向推动将槽楔从铁心槽内顶出。通过对槽楔切痕深度、端部限位位置、退槽楔作业工艺性以及退槽楔后定子质量状态等进行分析,确认无损退槽楔装置及其工艺方法的可靠性。结果及结论:通过验证与分析,确认无损退槽楔装置及其工艺方法可行性,既可顺利将槽楔退出又可有效保证定子铁心与线圈的完整性。
Objective:During the maintenance of traction motors,it is challenging to remove the wedges from the stator slots without damaging the stator core and coils,as the wedges,coils,and core are solidified as a whole through insulating finishes.Therefore,there is a need for research on a non-destructive wedge removal device and the associated process.Method:Based on an analysis of the structure of the stator windings,the issues with conventional wedge removal device structure,and the associated process,a non-destructive wedge removal device is proposed.The device consists of a wedge cutting device and a wedge retracting device.The wedge cutting device cuts the wedge by rotating the cutting piece and extending it into the slot wedge,the cut is made at certain depth radially,axially,and circumferentially while being limited by positional conditions in these directions.The cutting depth is kept smaller than wedge thickness to avoid damages to the coils.This reduces the stiffness of the wedge in the core slot.The wedge retracting device is pushed to the attaching gap between wedge and coil and is pushed along the axial direction to push the wedge out from the core slot.Through the analysis of wedge cut depth,the limiting position of the end,the process quality of the slot wedge removal work,and the quality state of the stator after wedge remonval,the reliability of the non-destructive wedge removal device and the process method is confirmed.Result&Conclusion:Through validation and analysis,it is confirmed that the non-destructive wedge removal device and the process method are feasible,which can smoothly withdraw the wedge and effectively ensure the integrity of the stator core and coil.
