摘要
近十年来,质谱技术在食品检验学中得到了广泛应用,同时仪器的不断改进是分析化学技术取得突破的关键。本文讨论了高分辨分离分析技术在食品安全检测领域的最新进展与应用(2013-2023年);重点介绍了在线质谱耦合技术、高分辨筛查技术以及微型质谱仪等创新发展技术;最后对食品安全检测新装置的开发进行了展望。
In the last decade,mass spectrometry(MS)has been widely used in food inspec⁃tion science,and the continuous improvement of instruments is the key to the breakthrough of analytical chemistry technology.This paper discusses the latest progress and application of high resolution separation and analysis technology in food safety field(2013-2023),focusing on the innovative development technologies such as on⁃line MS coupling technology,high resolution screening technology and micro mass spectrometer.Finally,the development of new device in the field of food safety detection is prospected.
