Research and application of evaluation tools of post-thrombotic syndrome

血栓后综合征(PTS)是下肢深静脉血栓的常见远期并发症,本文通过对成人PTS发病率、危险因素及评估工具(Villalta评分、Ginsberg评分、Brandjes分级、CEAP分级、VCSS、Widmer分级等)的研究现状进行综述,以期为我国成人PTS评估工具的研制及应用提供参考。

Post-thrombotic syndrome(PTS)is a common long-term complication of deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs.This article summarizes the research status of incidence rate,risk factors and evaluation tools(such as Villalta scale,Ginsberg scale,Brandjes grading,CEAP grading,VCSS,Widmer classification,etc.)of adult PTS,in order to provide reference for the development and application of PTS evaluation tools in China.
