摘要
纤维素酶作为青贮添加剂有改善青贮饲料品质的能力。本试验以70%和50%含水量的高冰草为原料,分别添加0.05 g/kg、0.1 g/kg、0.15 g/kg纤维素酶,零添加剂为对照(CK),每个处理重复3次,在避光、密封条件下发酵45 d后,测定青贮饲料的感官品质及营养成分,以探究不同纤维素酶浓度对高冰草青贮品质的影响。结果表明:高冰草青贮的含水量为70%时,随着纤维素酶浓度的增加粗脂肪、粗灰分含量逐渐增加,粗蛋白含量呈先升高后降低,在纤维素酶浓度为0.1 g/kg时青贮效果最佳,0.15 g/kg时青贮饲料感官品质最佳;含水量为50%时,随着纤维素酶浓度的增加粗脂肪含量逐渐升高,粗灰分和粗蛋白含量呈先降低后升高,在纤维素酶浓度为0.1 g/kg时高于对照组,0.15 g/kg时达最高。综合评价表明,高冰草进行青贮时原料含水量为50%时,高冰草青贮饲料的感官评价和养分比70%时好,添加纤维素酶浓度为0.15 g/kg的处理效果最佳。
As a silage additive,cellulase has the ability to improve the quality of silage feed.In this test,Agropyron elongatum with 70% and 50% water content are used as raw materials,and 0.05 g/kg,0.1 g/kg,0.15 g/kg cellulase are added respectively,and zero additives are controlled(CK).Each treatment is repeated 3 times.After 45 days of fermentation under light and sealing conditions,silence is determined.The sensory quality and nutrients of feed to explore the influence of different cellulase concentrations on the nutrients of Agropyron elongatum silage feed.The results show that when the water content of Agropyron elongatum silage is 70%,the crude fat with the increase of cellulase concentration,the crude ash content gradually increased,the crude protein content increased first and then decreased,The silage effect was best when the cellulase concentration was 0.1 g/kg,and the best sensory quality of silage was best at 0.15 g/kg;When the water content was 50%,the crude fat content gradually increased with the increase of cellulase concentration,and the crude ash and crude protein content decreased first and then increased,which was higher than the control group at 0.1 g/kg,and reached the highest level at 0.15 g/kg.Comprehensive evaluation shows that when the water content of raw material of Agropyron elongatum is 50%,the sensory evaluation and nutrient of Agropyron elongatum silage are better than 70%,and the treatment effect of cellulase concentration of 0.15 g/kg is the best effect.
