超长超重大型钢结构在狭窄空间内的吊装技术

摘要 为取得更好的建筑效果,许多大型商业综合体会将采光顶作为绿色建造的重点和亮点进行设计,这些采光顶因内庭采光所需,往往被设计得大而复杂。为保证狭窄空间下大跨度采光顶的顺利吊装施工,采用卷扬机滑轮组进行吊装和牵引,实现大跨度超长超重钢结构单元的提升安装,在保证质量和安全的同时,实现了成本节约。 In order to achieve better architectural effect,many large commercial complexes will design the lighting roof as the focus and highlight of green construction.These lighting roofs are often designed to be large and complex because of the lighting needs of the inner courtyard.In order to ensure the smooth hoisting construction of the large-span lighting roof in narrow space,the pulley block of the winch is used for hoisting and traction,and the lifting installation of the large-span,ultra-long and ultra-heavy steel structure unit is realized,which not only ensures the quality and safety,but also realizes the cost saving.
