摘要
测控装备是实现数据采集与分析、控制执行的核心载体,是发展数字经济、推动产业数字化转型的关键物质基础,其数字化、智能化水平决定了智能制造的水平。我国测控装备智能化评估相关研究工作总体上较为薄弱,缺乏理论模型研究。为推动我国测控装备智能化水平的进步,在测控装备智能化发展演进规律特征分析的基础上,根据测控装备产品智能化的现状、问题和需求,本文提出表征测控装备智能化水平的技术特征,构建测控装备智能化水平成熟度评估模型,为我国测控装备产业智能化水平成熟度评估工作提供了实现路径。
Measurement and control equipment is the core carrier to realize data collection,analysis and control execution,and is the key material basis for developing the digital economy and promoting the digital transformation of the industry,and its digital and intelligent level determines the level of intelligent manufacturing.The research work related to intelligent evaluation of measurement and control equipment in China is still relatively weak on the whole,and there is a lack of theoretical model research.In order to promote the progress of the intelligent level of measurement and control equipment in China,on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of the intelligent development and evolution of measurement and control equipment,according to the current situation,problems and needs of intelligent measurement and control equipment products,this paper proposes the technical characteristics of characterizing the intelligent level of measurement and control equipment,and constructs the intelligent level evaluation model of measurement and control equipment,which provides the path to realize the intelligent level evaluation of China’s measurement and control equipment industry.
