摘要
针对长城五矿1902S回风巷大倾角倒梯形巷道机械施工难度大,施工效率低下的问题,结合巷道地质环境和巷道设计断面,对掘进支护配套装备进行优化改进,形成“大功率综掘机+单轨吊四臂液压锚杆钻车+自移机尾+小型柴油单轨吊+皮带集控”的自动化快速掘进工艺。研究结果表明:智能化设备和自动化工艺的使用大大减少了现场施工人员的数量,同时该工艺有效利用巷道的上部空间,实现掘进机与单轨吊锚杆钻车之间“上下行走,掘支衔接”的协同作业目标。对比于原人工风钻工艺,新型配套快速掘进工艺可以根据顶板状况进行双排距(单排距为0.8 m)和三排距的掘进进尺施工,日进尺从原工艺的7.8 m(双排距三班)提高到15.6 m(三排距4班),新型配套快速掘进工艺现场应用的双排距施工月平均进尺达到368 m,三排距的施工月平均进尺达到392 m,最大提高42.03%。为解决倒梯形(倾斜顶板)等特殊断面形状巷道的快速掘进问题提供重要的参考意义。
Aiming at the problems of difficult mechanical construction and low construction efficiency of 1902S large inclined inverted trapezoidal roadway in Changcheng No.5 Coal Mine,after field investigation and intelligent equipment investigation,combining with the geological environment of the roadway and the design section of the roadway,the related equipment of the excavation support is optimized and improved,and the automatic and rapid excavation process of"high-power comprehensive roadheader+monorail crane four-arm hydraulic bolt drill+self-moving tail+small diesel monorail crane+belt centralized control"is formed.The research results show that the use of intelligent equipment and automation technology greatly reduces the number of on-site construction personnel.At the same time,the process effectively utilizes the upper space of the roadway to achieve the cooperative operation goal of"walking up and down and connecting the excavation and support"between the roadheader and the monorail crane.Compared with the original artificial air drlling technology,the new supporting rapid excavation technology can carry out the excavation footage construction of double rows spacing(single row spacing is O.8 m)and three rows spacing according to the roof condition.The daily footage is increased from 7.8 m(double rows spacing three shifts)to 15.6 m(three rows spacing four shifts).The average monthly footage of the double row spacing construction applied in the field of the new supporting rapid excavation technology reaches 368 m,and the average monthly footage of the three rows spacing construction reaches 392 m,with a maximum increase of 42.03%.It provides important reference significance for solving the problem of rapid excavation of roadways with special cross-section shapes such as inverted trapezoidal(inclined roof).
