摘要
针对防爆相机玻璃保护罩因平面折射导致的相机成像偏差对视觉测量的影响,推导出非平行平面折射下的相机模型,并在此基础上提出了基于动态虚拟焦距的折射畸变的校正方法,有效解决了相机光轴与折射面法向量不平行时折射畸变难以校正的问题。实验结果表明:校正后的图像偏差的均方根误差分别下降了68.69%、72.82%,校正后的测量相对误差低于0.5%,校正后相机的定位精度和测量精度均有明显的提高。
In view of the influence of camera imaging deviation caused by plane refraction on visual measurement of the glass protective cover of explosion proof camera,a camera model under non-parallel plane refraction was derived,and on this basis,a correction method of refraction distortion based on dynamic virtual focal length was proposed,which effectively solved the problem that the refraction distortion was difficult to correct when the camera optical axis and the normal vector of refraction surface were not parallel.The experimental results show that the root mean square error of the corrected image deviation decreases by 68.69%and 72.82%,respectively,and the relative error of the corrected measurement is less than 0.5%.The positioning accuracy and measurement accuracy of the camera are obviously improved after correction.
