低速大转矩液压马达标准化现状与对策研究

Investigation on Standardization Status and Countermeasures of LowSpeed and High Torque Hydraulic Motor

分析了低速大扭矩液压马达的国内外产业现状,明确了该产品在最大工作压力、最大输出扭矩、转速范围、使用寿命等重要性能指标存在的国内外技术差距;梳理了现行有效的低速大扭矩液压马达的国家和行业标准,提出了产品的基础性指标、核心指标和先进性指标,并对比分析了在机械行业标准和船舶行业标准中产品核心指标的检测方法的技术差异。指出现有行业标准在适用范围、试验方法和技术指标方面存在的问题,提出标准化工作建议,为后续行业标准的制修订工作提供参考和借鉴。

In this paper,the industrial status of low-speed and high torque hydraulic motor in China and overseas is analyzed.Then their technical gaps in the important performance indicators such as the maximum working pressure,the maximum output torque,the range of rotation speed,service life,etc are clarified.Based on the classification of the current effective national and industrial standards for low-speed and high torque hydraulic motor,the basic indicators,core indicators and progressiveness indicators of motors are put forward.Besides,the technical differences in the test methods of core indicators in the standards of machinery industry and shipbuilding industry are compared and analyzed.The problems existing in the scope,test methods and technical indicators of current industry standards are pointed out,and the suggestions on standardization are put forward,so as to provide an reference for the subsequent draft and revision of industry standards.
