摘要
针对目前船舶管件设计与制造阶段的不协同问题,提出一种基于MBD的船舶管件三维工艺设计方法,在三维环境下将船舶管件MBD设计模型作为工艺设计的基础,在工艺知识库的支持下实现工艺路线的自动规划、工艺信息的自动生成等工艺设计过程,基于MBD数据集规范定义方式生成用于指导加工制造过程的船舶管件MBD工艺模型,该方法将MBD模型作为唯一数据源,贯穿整个工艺设计过程,进而实现设计阶段与制造阶段的协同。
Aiming at the problem of uncoordinated design and manufacturing of ship pipe fittings,a 3D process design method of ship pipe fittings based on MBD was proposed.MBD design model of ship pipe was used as the basis of process design in three-dimensional environment.Process design processes such as automatic route planning and automatic generation of process information were realized with the support of process knowledge base.The ship pipe MBD process model was generated based on the standard definition of MBD data set to guide the manufacturing process.This method can take the MBD model as the only data source and runs through the whole process design process,providing reference for the development of integrated technology of ship pipe design and manufacturing.
