摘要
卵巢癌由于缺乏特异性症状和体征,使其在确诊时多为晚期。近些年卵巢癌放化疗耐药性的出现导致患者的高死亡率。研究卵巢癌的非凋亡程序对于提高卵巢癌的存活率至关重要。caspase3在卵巢癌非凋亡调控中发挥着重要作用,是卵巢癌各种抗癌治疗过程中的主要介导因子,如细胞毒性药物、放疗、化疗及免疫治疗等。探索caspase3介导的非凋亡程序在卵巢癌治疗中的作用和价值对于提高患者的存活率有着重要作用。本文综述了近年来caspase3在卵巢癌治疗中的最新研究进展,以期为卵巢癌的临床治疗研究提供方向。
Ovarian cancer is often diagnosed at an advanced stage due to the lack of specific signs and symptoms.In recent years,the emergence of chemoradiotherapy resistance in ovarian cancer leads to high mortality of patients.The study of non-apoptotic procedures in ovarian cancer is essential to improve the survival rate of ovarian cancer.Caspase3 plays an important role in the non-apoptotic regulation of ovarian cancer,and is a major mediator of various anti-cancer therapies in ovarian cancer,such as cytotoxic drugs,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,and immunotherapy,etc.Exploring the role and value of caspase3-mediated non-apoptotic procedures in the treatment of ovarian cancer is important for improving the survival rate of patients.This article reviews the recent research progress of caspase3 in the treatment of ovarian cancer,in order to provide directions for the clinical treatment of ovarian cancer.
