摘要
在高等教育大众化的时代,大学生转专业已经成为应用型高校的一个普遍现象,导致这一现象的原因很多。本文以浙江万里学院2020—2022年转专业数据为基础,通过问卷调查、追踪访谈的研究方法,对转专业动因、就读新专业后面临的问题等方面进行分析。针对这些问题,探讨放宽转专业政策下,地方应用型高校应当如何更新教育观念、加强人才培养目标建设,优化学科专业结构布局,拓宽专业口径,增强专业自主适应市场的能力和积极性,以期促进学校专业建设发展,提升人才培养质量。
In the era of popularization of higher education,college students'changing majors has become a common phenomenon in applied universities,and there are many reasons for this phenomenon.Based on the data of Zhejiang Wanli University changing majors from 2020 to 2022,this paper analyzes the reasons for changing majors and the problems faced after enrolling in new majors through the research methods of questionnaire survey and follow-up interview,and in response to these problems,discusses how local applied universities should update their educational concepts,optimize the structural layout of disciplines and majors,broaden the caliber of majors,and enhance the ability and enthusiasm of majors to adapt to the market independently under the relaxed policy of changing majors,so as to promote the development of school majors and improve the quality of talent training.
