IV型LPG气瓶紫外线耐老化性能试验方法研究

摘要 T/CATSI 02005—2019《液化石油气高密度聚乙烯内胆玻璃纤维全缠绕气瓶》是目前国内唯一一项针对“液化石油气塑料内胆复合气瓶”的团体标准,其中“人工时效试验”是Ⅳ型瓶独有的试验项目,主要测试的是非金属材料的耐老化性能。介绍了紫外线老化试验的研究成果,最终形成了一套耐紫外线老化设备,并验证了设备的可行性。 T/CATSI 02005—2019"Fully-wrapped glass fiber reinforced cylinder with a high-density polyethylene liner for liquefied petroleum gas"was currently the only group standard in China that targets"plastic lined composite gas cylinders for liquefied petroleum gas".The"artificial aging test"was a unique test item for Type IV bottles,mainly testing the aging resistance of non-metallic materials.The research results of UV aging test were introduced,and a set of UV aging resistant equipment was ultimately formed,and the feasibility of the equipment was verified through experiments.
