高含硫气田延长贫液泵机械密封寿命研究

摘要 在高含硫天然气田开发砜胺脱硫脱碳工艺中,砜胺液泵机械密封失效频繁、清洗置换隔离繁琐、备件费用高、检修周期和备件采购周期长,这也是转动设备专业日常维护的重点和难点。从机泵的工艺工况、机械密封设计制造、设备运行、密封管理、冲洗方案及密封维护等多方面探寻制约砜胺液泵机械密封长周期运行的关键点,发现了贫液泵机封轴套与泵轴不同步是机械密封失效的根本原因,通过在主轴上钻取沉孔固定机械密封轴套能够可靠且稳定地延长机械密封运行周期。 In the development of sulfoamine desulfurization and decarbonization processes in high sulfur natural gas fields,the mechanical seal failure of sulfoamine liquid pumps was frequent,the cleaning,replacement and isolation were cumbersome,the cost of spare parts was high,the maintenance cycle and spare parts procurement cycle were long,which were also the key and difficult points in the daily maintenance of rotating equipment.Exploring the key points that restrict the long-term operation of mechanical seals in sulfone amine liquid pumps from various aspects such as the process conditions of pumps,mechanical seal design and manufacturing,equipment operation,seal management,flushing schemes,and seal maintenance,it was found that the fundamental reason for the failure of mechanical seals in lean liquid pumps was the asynchronous sealing sleeve and pump shaft.By drilling countersunk holes on the spindle to fix the mechanical seal sleeve,the operating cycle of the mechanical seal could be reliably and stably extended.
