摘要
在绿色铸造背景下,为了降低零件数控加工过程的能耗,本文设计一种全新的零件无模化铸造数控加工技术。规划零件无模化铸造数控加工轨迹,多目标优化零件数控加工参数,完成零件无模化铸造数控加工过程。仿真实验结果表明,本文设计技术在不同加工轨迹下的加工能耗最低,且具有节能性,符合零件绿色可持续的数控加工要求,有一定的应用价值,为降低零件铸造难度,减少零件铸造损耗作出了一定的贡献。
Under the background of green casting,in order to reduce the energy consumption of the CNC machining process of parts,this paper designs a new CNC machining technology of parts non-mold casting.The NC machining trajectory of the part is planned,the NC machining parameters of the part are optimized by multi-objective optimization,and the NC machining process of the part is completed.The simulation results show that the design technology in this paper has the lowest processing energy consumption under different processing trajectories,and has energy saving.It meets the requirements of green and sustainable CNC machining of parts,and has certain application value.It makes a contribution to reducing the difficulty of parts casting and reducing the loss of parts casting.
