储油罐罐底沉积物清蜡剂筛选和评价

摘要 由于储油罐罐底可能存在含蜡较多的硬质沉积物,导致现有热油循环热洗法已无法满足处理要求。为了有效处理原油储运过程中产生的含油沉积物,实现罐底沉积物在线外输和资源化,以某储油罐内底部长期被挤压密实的沉积物为处理对象,采用单因素分析方法,分别以清蜡剂种类、清蜡剂含量、试验温度为变量,通过投加清蜡剂、水浴控温、静置或搅拌的方式对沉积物进行处理,以沉积物的饱和溶解量、溶解速率为考核指标,观察不同清蜡体系对含油沉积物的溶解效果。试验结果表明:4#清蜡剂在相同温度及配比的清蜡剂/原油清蜡体系中,溶解速率和饱和溶解量均最大。温度越高及清蜡剂占比越高,清蜡剂/原油体系对沉积物的溶解速率越大,但温度对饱和溶解量的影响不大,动态条件下的溶解速率比静态明显提高。从现场实际情况、处理效果及经济成本等方面综合考量,动态条件下,采用5 mL清蜡剂4#+95 mL原油清蜡体系,热洗温度55℃为最佳参数,溶解速率为0.0789 g/min,其结果为储油罐罐底沉积物的资源化处理提供了技术依据。 Due to the possibility of hard deposits containing more wax at the bottom of oil storage tanks,the existing hot oil circulation process cannot meet the treatment requirements.In order to effectively deal with oil-bearing sediments generated during crude oil storage and transportation,and realize online transport and resource utilization of tank bottom sediments,a single factor analysis method is adopted to treat the sediments that have been compressed and compacted for a long time in the bottom of an oil storage tank.The types of paraffin remover,the content of paraffin remover,and the test temperature are taken as variables.The sediment is treated by adding paraffin removal agent,temperature control in water bath,standing or stirring,and the dissolution rate and saturation dissolution amount of the sediment are used as evaluation indexes to observe the dissolution effect of different paraffin removal systems on oil-bearing sediments.The results show that the dissolution rate and saturated dissolution amount of 4#paraffin remover are the highest in the paraffin remover/crude oil paraffin remover system at the same temperature and ratio.The higher the temperature and the proportion of paraffin removal agent,the greater the dissolution rate of paraffin removal agent/crude oil system on the sediment,but the temperature has little effect on the saturated dissolution amount,and the dissolution rate under dynamic condition is significantly higher than that at static state.Considering the field practice,treatment effect,and economic cost,under dynamic conditions,the scheme of 5 ml paraffin removal agent 4#+95 ml crude oil paraffin removal system is adopted.It was found that the hot washing temperature of 55℃is the optimal parameter,and the dissolution rate is 0.0789 g/min,which provide a technical basis for the resource treatment of sediments at the bottom of oil storage tanks.
