摘要
基于2010—2020年中国31个省份的面板数据,采用空间杜宾模型实证分析创新要素集聚对农业绿色技术进步的空间溢出效应。研究结果表明:从全国来看,创新要素集聚对农业绿色技术进步的影响具有明显正向空间溢出效应,不仅驱动本地农业绿色技术进步,还推动邻近地区农业绿色技术进步。创新要素集聚对农业绿色技术进步的空间溢出效应以短期效应为主。从区域来看,沿海、内陆地区创新要素集聚对农业绿色技术进步具有明显空间溢出效应,而沿边地区空间溢出效应不明显。对此,可改善创新要素引入制度、优化地区间创新要素互动机制、构建区域间农业绿色技术进步成果互通平台,持续促进农业绿色技术进步,以实现农业农村可持续发展。
Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2010 to 2020,this paper adopts the spatial Durbin model to empirically analyze the spatial spillover effect of the agglomeration of innovative elements on agricultural green technology progress.The research results show that:from a national perspective,the impact of innovation factor agglomeration on the progress of agricultural green technology has an obvious positive spatial spillover effect,which not only drives the progress of local agricultural green technology,but also promotes the progress of agricultural green technology in adjacent areas.The spatial spillover effect of innovation factor agglomeration on the progress of agricultural green technology is mainly short-term effect.From a regional perspective,the agglomeration of innovative elements in coastal and inland areas has obvious spatial spillover effects on the progress of agricultural green technology,while the spatial spillover effects in border areas are not obvious.In this regard,it is necessary to improve the introduction system of innovation elements,optimize the interaction mechanism of innovation elements between regions,build an inter-regional platform for the exchange of achievements in agricultural green technology progress,and continue to promote the progress of agricultural green technology,so as to achieve sustainable agricultural and rural development.
