摘要
介绍了某85 m高层建筑止沉及地基加固工程,结合当地的地质及周边的施工情况,对高层建筑沉降的原因进行了深入的分析;同时介绍了后注浆钻孔灌注桩施工工艺和锚杆静压桩的施工工艺,把两种桩型结合在一起,用于高层建筑的止沉及地基加固;通过工程实践进行验证,取得了较好的止沉效果。
This paper introduces the anti settlement and foundation reinforcement project of an 85 m high-rise building,and deeply analyzes the causes of the settlement of the high-rise building in combination with the local geology and surrounding construction conditions.At the same time,the construction technology of post grouting bored pile and anchor static pressure pile are introduced.The two pile types are combined to be used for settlement arrest and foundation reinforcement of high-rise buildings.Through the verification of engineering practice,a good anti sinking effect is obtained.
