Danger Risks and Countermeasures in Operation and Maintenance of a Substation

当前变电站智能化设备日益普及,变电运维工作逐步扩展到运维一体消缺、带电检测等检修类工作。对应的风险因素也发生了很大的变化。本文主要结合近年发生的案例,介绍变电运维人员在开展倒闸操作、运维一体消缺、带电检测方面需要注意的风险点,并提出改进措施。

The risks that must be managed have significantly changed as a result of the current rise in popularity of intelligent substation equipment.Substation operation and maintenance work has been gradually expanded to include defect elimination in operation and maintenance integration,live detection,and other maintenance work.The risks that substation operation and maintenance personnel must be aware of when performing switching operations,defect elimination in O&M integration,and live detection are introduced in this paper,along with potential solutions for im⁃provement.
