大孔吸附树脂法分离纯化白僵菌素

摘要 采用大孔吸附树脂法分离纯化白僵菌素,对工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明,白僵菌素发酵液乙醇浸泡液经HZ801树脂吸附(上柱液酒精度40%、上柱流速2.0 BV·h^(-1))、80%乙醇解吸、乙酸乙酯萃取、3.0%~5.0%活性炭脱色、异丙醚结晶和重结晶,可得到HPLC含量高于98.5%的精粉。该工艺绿色环保,树脂和有机溶剂均可回收再利用,适合工业化生产。 In this paper,we separated and purified beauvericin by macroporous adsorption resin,and optimized the process.The results show that the beauvericin refined powder with the HPLC content of more than 98.5%can be obtained by the steps as follows:separation and purification of ethanol immersing solution of beauvericin fermentation broth by HZ801 resin adsorption(ethanol volume fraction of testing solution of 40%,flow rate of 2.0 BV·h^(-1)),80%ethanol desorption,ethyl acetate extraction,3.0%-5.0%activated carbon decolorization,and isopropyl ether crystallization and recrystallization.This process is environmentally-friendly,and both resin and organic solvents can be recycled and reused,making it suitable for industrial production.
