The high-level socialist market economy system originated from the political and economic ideas of classic Marxist writers,and is deeply rooted in the benign interaction between theoretical innovation and practical innovation of the socialist market economy system with Chinese characteristics for over 30 years.Its“higher start⁃ing point”lies in the“spatiotemporal orientation”of the adjustment of global governance pattern and the transfor⁃mation of major domestic social contradictions,the“class orientation”of adhering to the leadership of the Party,and the“value orientation”of adhering to the value concept of putting the people first;The dialectical wisdom of“higher level”lies in the unity of effective markets and productive governments,fair competition and common prosperity,economic benefits and green development,domestic demand and expansion of openness,government governance and diversified governance,rule of law norms and moral constraints;The“higher goal”lies in the or⁃ganic combination of the overall goal of“building a socialist modern power”and the specific goal of“effective in⁃centives for property rights,free flow of factors,flexible price reflection,fair and orderly competition,and survival of the fittest for enterprises”.
