因应“一带一路”经贸拓展的国际商法学模块化教改研究——以中南民族大学法学院对外人才法治培养班教改实践为例

Modularized Teaching of International Business Law in South-Central University for Nationalities

中国对“一带一路”国家贸易拓展转型,需要大量娴熟掌握运用国际商事规则的涉外法治人才。因应国家经贸拓展的需要,中南民族大学法学院在创设涉外法治人才培养班的基础上,对以传统课堂老师授课为主的国际商法课程体系采取模块化教改实践,设置前沿导读和专题研讨,注重引导学生学会自主学习“一带一路”经贸拓展所需的商事规则,通过涉外法治联合培养的实训基地强化学生运用商事规则的实践能力,实现学生课程学习、思辨训练与就业能力的对接。

China’s trade expansion with Belt-and-Road countries requires a large number of talents who are proficient in the application of international commercial rules.In response to the transformation of trade strategy,the law school of South-Central University for Nationalities has adopted a modular teaching for the international commercial law curriculum.Front guidance and special seminars are established in order to guide students to independently learn the commercial rules.Through the training base of foreign-related rule of law,students’practical ability to use commercial rules is strengthened,and students'curriculum,critical thinking training and employment ability are connected to one another.
