含砷物料碱法脱砷前后砷浸出毒性对比研究

摘要 为了评价含砷物料中砷的浸出毒性并验证碱法脱砷降低砷浸出毒性的可行性,分别采用硫酸-硝酸法、美国TCLP法、欧盟标准EN12457-3法对不同含砷物料及其碱浸渣中砷浸出毒性进行对比研究,结果表明:在硫酸-硝酸法中高砷锑氧和黑铜泥碱法脱砷(碳酸钠或砷碱渣体系)后砷的浸出浓度由高到低排序为:砷碱渣>>高砷锑氧>黑铜泥>铜阳极泥,但铜阳极泥碱浸渣中砷的浸出毒性高于原料,需进一步优化。 The comparison studies on different arsenic-bearing materials and arsenic leaching toxicity in alkali leaching slag by sulfuric acid-nitric acid method,US TCLP method,and BS EN12457-3 method were carried out to evaluate the leaching toxicity of arsenic-bearing material,to verify the feasibility of arsenic leaching toxicity decreasing by alkali method.The Results show that arsenic leaching concentration decreased obviously after arsenic removal by high arsenic antimony oxide and copper electrorefining black slime alkali method(sodium carbonate or arsenic alkali slag system)in sulfuric acid-nitric acid,it shows the alkali arsenic removal method can decrease the arsenic leaching toxicity of arsenic-bearing materials.However the arsenic leaching toxicity in the copper anode slime alkali leaching slag is higher than raw material,and it needs further optimization.
