摘要
目的:检测胃癌组织和癌旁组织中p-STAT3和STING蛋白的表达情况,分析胃癌组织中p-STAT3和STING与Hp、分期、淋巴结转移等临床病理特征和预后的相关性,以及两者之间的关系。方法:将所选标本进行免疫组织化学染色,检测癌组织及癌旁组织中STING、p-STAT3的表达情况以及Hp感染情况。结果:胃癌组织中STING表达低于癌旁组织,p-STAT3表达高于癌旁组织,差异均有统计学意义。胃癌组织中STING表达与胃癌患者的预后呈正相关。STING表达量与分期和淋巴结转移存在负相关性。与年龄、性别、吸烟史、Hp感染均不相关。胃癌组织中p-STAT3表达与胃癌患者的预后呈负相关。p-STAT3与分期、淋巴结转移、Hp感染存在正相关性。p-STAT3的表达与年龄、性别、吸烟史之间无相关性。胃癌组织中p-STAT3表达和STING表达无相关性。结论:胃癌组织中STING的表达低于癌旁组织;STING高表达提示预后较好。胃癌组织中p-STAT3的表达高于癌旁组织;p-STAT3高表达提示预后不好。胃癌组织中STING和p-STAT3表达无相关性。
Objective:To detect the expression of p-STAT3 and STING protein in gastric cancer tissue and adjacent tissues,and analyze the correlation between p-STAT3 and STING in gastric cancer tissue and the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of Hp,stage,lymph node metastasis,and the relationship between them.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of STING,p-STAT3 and Hp infection in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues.Results:The expression of STING in gastric cancer tissue was lower than that in adjacent tissue,while the expression of p-STAT3 in gastric cancer tissue was higher than that in adjacent tissue,with statistical significance.The expression of STING in gastric cancer tissue was positively correlated with the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.The expression level of STING was negatively correlated with staging and lymph node metastasis.It was not related to age,gender,smoking history,or Hp infection.The expression of p-STAT3 in gastric cancer tissue was negatively correlated with the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.p-STAT3 was positively correlated with staging,lymph node metastasis,and Hp infection.There is no correlation between the expression of p-STAT3 and age,gender,and smoking history.There was no correlation between p-STAT3 expression and STING expression in gastric cancer tissue.Conclusion:The expression of STING in gastric cancer tissue is lower than that in adjacent tissues.High expression of STING suggests a better prognosis.The expression of p-STAT3 in gastric cancer tissue is higher than that in adjacent tissues.High expression of p-STAT3 suggests poor prognosis.There is no correlation between the expression of STING and p-STAT3 in gastric cancer tissue.
