“双碳”背景下基于双层规划模型的物流系统LRP研究

摘要 在全球气候变暖的趋势下,节能减排、降低二氧化碳排放的目标已经成为人们的共识。考虑“双碳”目标的物流系统整体优化,即物流配送中心选址与配送路径优化的组合优化问题(LRP)慢慢成为现阶段社会研究的热点。在过往的研究中,物流配送中心选址与配送路径优化大多被当作两个独立问题进行处理,互相联系较少,缺乏双向约束,相比系统整体优化有一定的局限性。针对上述问题,综合前人研究,建立双层规划模型。针对传统ACO算法在解决LRP时过早成熟收敛陷入局部最优的缺点,运用免疫优化算法与混合粒子群算法进行求解。最终通过实验验证双层规划模型的有效性与合理性,优化了LRP的求解结果。 In the trend of global climate change,the goals of energy conservation,emission reduction,and carbon dioxide emission re-duction have become a consensus among people.The overall optimization of logistics system considering the“dual carbon”goal,name-ly the combined optimization problem of logistics distribution center location selection and distribution path optimization(LRP),has gradually become a hot topic in current social research.In previous studies,logistics distribution center location selection and distribu-tion path optimization have mostly been treated as two independent problems,with less interconnected and lack of bidirectional con-straints,which have certain limitations compared to overall system optimization.Based on previous studies,a dual level programming model is established to address the aforementioned problems.To address the drawback of traditional ACO algorithm that mature prema-turely and converge into local optimization when solving LRP,an immune optimization algorithm and hybrid particle swarm optimiza-tion algorithm are used for solution.Finally,the effectiveness and rationality of the bilevel programming model are verified by experi-ments,and the solution results of LRP are optimized.
