自动清洗高效生物膜反应器设计与性能

摘要 在乡村振兴建设和提高农民生活水平的背景下,如何有效地处理好农村生活污水已是当务之急。设计的自动高效生物膜反应器启动时,采污水处理厂污水流,进水达到以下条件:COD为339.2 mg/L±93.2 mg/L、NH_(4)^(+)-N为46.3 mg/L±12.1 mg/L、TSS为123.1 mg/L±30.9 mg/L。在启动自清洗高效生物膜反应器的10天,同步上升的COD和NH_(4)^(+)-N的去除率趋势明显,并最后去除率达80%、90%以上。表明该系统能较好地适应于水质波动较大的污水,系统污水处理达到农村水质处理二级标准。 In the context of rural revitalization and improvement of farmers’living standards,it is urgent to effectively treat rural domestic sewage.When the designed automatic high-efficiency biof ilm reactor is started,the sewage flow from the sewage plant is used,and the incoming water reaches the following conditions:COD is 339.2 mg/L±93.2 mg/L,NH_(4)^(+)-N is 46.3 mg/L±12.1 mg/L,TSS is 123.1 mg/L±30.9 mg/L.Within 10 days of starting the self-cleaning high-efficiency biof ilm reactor,the removal rates of synchronously rising COD and NH_(4)^(+)-N show a signif icant trend,and the f inal removal rates reach 80%and 90%.respectively,This indicates that the system can better adapt to wastewater with signif icant water quality fluctuations,and the system’s wastewater treatment meets the secondary standard for rural water quality treatment.
