长江经济带区域协同发展测度及时空分异研究

Research on the Measurement and Spatial-Temporal Differentiation ofRegional Collaborative Development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

在经济发展新常态下,区域一体化与区域协同已经成为推动区域创新发展的新动力,长江经济带作为中国区域整体协同发展改革引领区,其协同发展研究具有典型意义。因此,运用改进熵权法和耦合协调度模型,基于经济、社会、生态环境和可持续发展四个维度,定量测度长江经济带综合发展水平和耦合协调度,分析经济带11省市区域发展的时空分异特征和区域差异程度,并采取灰色关联法对系统内影响经济带协同发展的因素进行分析。结果表明:长江经济带区域发展差异较大,整体上呈现“东高西低”的时空分异特征;在空间分布上,“三个梯队”和“四个分区”与上、中、下游流段分布不完全重叠;上、中、下游三大流段协同发展的影响因素也各不相同。

In the new normal of economic development,regional integration and regional coordination have become a new driving force and a new engine to promote regional innovation and development.The Yangtze River Economic Belt,as a leading area for the overall collaborative development and reform in China's regions,has typical significance in its coordinated development research.Based on the four dimensions of economy,society,ecological environment and sustainable development,this paper uses improved entropy weight method and coupling coordination degree model to quantitatively measure the comprehensive development level and coupling coordination degree of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,analyzing the time and space of the regional development of 11 provinces and cities in the economic zone.The characteristics of differentiation and the degree of regional difference,and the gray correlation method is adopted to analyze the factors that affect the coordinated development of the economic belt in the system.The results show that the regional development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is quite different,showing the characteristics of temporal and spatial differentiation of"high in the east and low in the west"as a whole.In terms of spatial distribution,the"three echelons"and"four zones"do not completely overlap with the distribution of upstream,middle,and downstream flow segments.The influencing factors for the coordinated development of the upstream,middle,and downstream flow segments are also different.
