摘要
北部湾港合并以来,港口基础设施不断完善,是我国重要的出海通道,是连接“一带一路”的门户港。为了准确把握北部湾港物流综合竞争力水平,本文采用层次分析法、熵值法相结合的综合法,对北部湾港的三个港口进行港口物流竞争力的计算排序,从而更好地根据港口的情况提出相应的对策和建议,促进各港口发展的同时,也提高了北部湾港的综合竞争力。研究结果显示:竞争力排名第一的是钦州港,且综合竞争力评价值远远高于其他两港;防城港排名第二,北海港的竞争力评价值排名最后。基于此,本文提出相关建议:第一,继续推进基础设施的完善,实现智能数字化港口建设;第二,促进临港产业发展,提高港产融合程度;第三,加强北部湾各港口之间的协作,提高总体港口的物流竞争力。
Since the merger of Beibu Gulf Port,the port infrastructure has continuously improved,making it an important gateway for China’s outbound shipping and a key port connecting the“Belt and Road”.To accurately grasp the comprehensive level of logistics competitiveness of Beibu Gulf Port,this paper employs a comprehensive method combining the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the entropy method.It calculates and ranks the port logistics competitiveness of the three ports in Beibu Gulf,thereby providing corresponding strategies and suggestions based on the situation of each port.This approach promotes the development of each port while enhancing the overall competitiveness of Beibu Gulf Port.The research results indicate that Qinzhou Port ranks first,with its comprehensive competitiveness evaluation significantly higher than the other two ports.Fangcheng Port ranks second,while Beihai Port has the lowest competitiveness evaluation value.Based on this,relevant suggestions are proposed in this article:firstly,continue to advance the improvement of infrastructure and realize the construction of intelligent digital ports;secondly,promote the development of industries near the port and enhance the integration of port and industry;thirdly,strengthen collaboration among the ports in Beibu Gulf to improve the overall competitiveness of port logistics.
