本文阐述了何时和如何进行环境应力筛选(ESS),介绍了ESS的计划和管理、ESS剪裁、不同级别ESS的风险和效果等内容,有助于保证ESS大纲理解和实施的一致性。
This paper expounds when and how to implement ESS.By introducing plan and management of ESS,tailoring of ESS,risks and results of ESS at various levels etc,it will help to assure consistency in interpretation and implementation of ESS programs.
