摘要
随着城市化发展,城市不透水表面日益增多,导致城市内涝频发,雨水径流污染加重。基于此提出以净水厂废弃滤料为主要材料,配以水泥、活性炭、粉煤灰等原料制作透水砖,并介绍了透水砖的制作方法和流程,研究并讨论了原材料的配合比对透水砖力学性能和净水性能的影响。结果表明,净水厂废弃滤料掺量77%、活性炭掺量10%的透水砖具备良好的性能,抗压强度为6.641 MPa,COD去除率为11.80%,TN去除率为23.24%,TP去除率为73.10%,TOC去除率为58.86%,各项数据都符合标准要求。采用净水厂废弃滤料制作透水砖不仅具有良好的实用价值,还能取得一定的经济效益和环保效益。
With the development of urbanization,the impermeable surfaces have increased in cities day by day,which cause frequent urban waterlogging and increased pollution of rainwater runoff.Based on this,that waste filter material are mainly proposed to make permeable brick,with cement,activated carbon,fly ash and other raw materials.The production method and process are introduced.The influence of the mix ratio of raw materials on the mechanical properties and water purification performance of permeable brick are studied and discussed.The results show that the permeable brick with 77%waste filter material content and 10%activated carbon content has good performance.The compressive strength is 6.641 MPa.The removal rate of COD,TN,TP,T0C is 11.80%,23.24%,73.10%and 58.86%respectively.All the data meet the discharge standard.The permeable brick made of waste filter material in water treatment plant has not only good practical value,but also certain economic and environmental benefits.
