浙江省SCI收录英文期刊现状分析与启示

Analysis and Enlightenment on the Current Situation of English Journals Indexed in SCI in Zhejiang Province

为进一步提升浙江省英文科技期刊的发展规模与学术影响力,文章以浙江省入选SCI的12种英文科技期刊为研究对象,对其主办单位、学科分类、可被引文献量、篇均被引频次、高被引论文数量、影响因子、期刊分区、开放获取情况,以及稿件来源机构所属国家/地区、主要来源机构等进行分析,并与我国SCI收录期刊的平均水平进行比较,发现浙江省SCI收录英文期刊存在可被引文献量、篇均被引频次、高被引论文数量偏低,开放获取程度不高,主要来源机构过于集中等问题,并提出对策建议:一是依托优势学科鼓励创办英文新刊,二是努力实现学术质量的稳步提升和载文量的合理增长,三是着力提升海外传播力和影响力,四是提升开放获取程度。

In order to further enhance the development scale and the academic influence of English sci-tech journals in Zhejiang Province,the article focuses on 12 English sci-tech journals sponsored by Zhejiang Province that have been indexed by Science Citation Index(SCI).The article analyzes the specific sponsors,subject types,numbers of citable papers,average citation frequencies,numbers of highly cited papers,impact factors,quartiles in category,the degrees of gold open access(OA),the countries/regions of the source institutions,and the main source institutions of the 12 journals,and compares them with the average level of the journals indexed in SCI in China.The existing problems in the current development process are revealed such as the low number of published papers,the low average citation frequency per paper,the low number of highly cited papers,the low level of open access,and the excessive concentration of main source institutions.Accordingly,the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,including relying on the advantageous disciplines to encourage the establishment of new English journals;striving to achieve the steady improvement in academic quality and the reasonable increase in publication volume;focusing on improving the overseas dissemination and influence;enhancing the level of open access,etc.ing on improving the overseas dissemination and influence;enhancing the level of open access,etc.
