产后压力性尿失禁予以盆底肌生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌训练治疗的效果

Effect of Pelvic Floor Muscle Biofeedback Electric Stimulation Combined with Pelvic Floor Muscle Training in Postpartum Stress Urinary Incontinence Treatment

目的 研究分析产后压力性尿失禁治疗中,盆底肌生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌训练的临床效果。方法 随机选取2022年1—12月于漳浦县医院就诊的60例产后压力性尿失禁患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,各30例。对照组予以单用盆底肌生物反馈电刺激方式治疗,研究组予以盆底肌生物反馈电刺激+盆底肌训练方式治疗,分析两组疗效。结果 开展治疗后,研究组患者盆底肌功能恢复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者排尿情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者产后压力性尿失禁治疗有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(76.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05)。结论 对患有产后压力性尿失禁的患者做康复治疗,盆底肌生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌训练,能够有效改善盆底肌功能,促进其盆底泌尿功能恢复。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of pelvic floor biofeedback electric stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle training in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods 60 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence who were treated in Zhangpu County Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method they were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle biofeed-back electrical stimulation alone,and the study group was treated with pelvic floor muscle biofeedback electrical stimulation and pelvic floor muscle training.The curative effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results After treatment,the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The urination in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of postpartum stress urinary incontinence in the study group(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation treatment for patients suffering from postpartum stress urinary incontinence,pelvic floor muscle biofeedback electric stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle training,can effectively improve the function of the pelvic floor muscles and promote the recovery of their pelvic floor urinary function.
