观影疗心——应用电影疗法促进高校学生心理健康教育的实践研究

摘要 大学生心理健康教育是高校思政育人工作的重要组成部分。面对当下大学生群体出现的各种心理问题,如何应对和改善是教育工作者关注的重点。电影疗法是心理治疗技术的一种,发展迅速且应用广泛。文章通过在心理健康教育中应用电影疗法的实践研究和效果评估,探讨电影疗法对大学生心理健康和生命感悟力的影响,以期为电影疗法的应用提供理论参考。 The psychological health education for college students is an important part of ideological and political education in universities.Facing various psychological problems that arise among college students,how to respond and improve is educators′attention.Cinema therapy is a type of psychotherapy technology that has developed rapidly and is widely used.This paper explored the impact of cinema therapy on students′psychological health and life perception through the practice and effectiveness evaluation of cinema therapy in psychological health education,in order to provide theoretical reference for the application of cinema therapy.
