摘要
贯彻习近平总书记给全国涉农高校的书记校长和专家代表回信精神,推动复合型农业人才培养,是涉农院校的重要使命。文章立足“新农科”人才培养需求,以江苏大学为例,对电气与电子信息涉农复合型人才培养模式进行了调查与反思,指出了存在的问题。研究认为,电气与电子信息类涉农人才培养模式革新要从以下几个方面着眼:构建多维立体且有机的课程体系,推动电气与电子信息类与农科融合互动;构建“基础课程整合”及“学科竞赛助理”联动教学模式,推动教学层面的学科互融与实践“浸润”。
The article is based on the demand for talent cultivation in the“New Agricultural Science”field,and takes Jiangsu University as an example to investigate and reflect on the cultivation mode of agricultural composite talents in electrical and electronic information,pointing out the existing problems.Research suggests that the reform of the training mode for agricultural talents in the fields of electrical and electronic information should focus on the following aspects:building a multi-dimensional and organic curriculum system,promoting the integration and interaction between electrical and electronic information and agricultural science;building a collaborative teaching model of“basic course integration”and“subject competition assistant”to promote the integration and practice of subjects at the teaching level.
