摘要
目的观察双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片辅助干扰素治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的效果及对患儿炎症反应、免疫功能与肠道微生态的影响。方法将2021年1月至12月在我院治疗的80例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予干扰素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗。比较两组的炎症反应、免疫功能、肠道屏障功能指标及肠道微生态情况。结果治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、铁蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的D-乳酸(D-LA)、内毒素(ET)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量高于对照组,大肠杆菌数量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片辅助干扰素治疗轮状病毒性肠炎可减轻炎症反应,提高患儿免疫功能,有效改善肠道屏障功能及肠道微生态环境。
Objective To observe the effect of live combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus tablets assisted with interferon on rotavirus enteritis and its influences on inflammatory response,immune function and intestinal microecology in children.Methods A total of 80 children with rotavirus enteritis treated in our hospital from January to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with interferon,and the observation group was treated with live combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus tablets on the basis of the control group.The inflammatory response,immune function,intestinal barrier function indexes and intestinal microecology were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-12(IL-12),interleukin-17(IL-17)and ferritin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of D-lactic acid(D-LA),endotoxin(ET)and diamine oxidase(DAO)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the number of Escherichia coli was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Live combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus tablets assisted with interferon in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis can reduce the inflammatory response,improve the immune function of children,and effectively improve the intestinal barrier function and intestinal microecological environment.
