摘要
针对工程防水耐久性问题开展专门研究,通过阐述建筑工程渗漏频次及原因、辨析工程防水耐久性概念及要求、综述防水工程耐久性研究现状,归纳出三种防水工程耐久性判定方法,即基于防水材料耐久性预测法、构造分析法和因素耦合法,提出工程防水耐久性理论及定量的工作年限预测模型研究方向,并给出五点具体做好设计降低渗漏的建议。文章对促进工程防水系统耐久性研究具有一定的指导意义。
A specialized study is conducted on the durability of construction waterproofing.By elaborating on the frequency and causes of leakage in construction projects,analyzing the concept and requirements of construction waterproofing durability,and summarizing the current research status of waterproofing engineering durability,three methods for determining waterproofing engineering durability are summarized,namely,prediction method based on waterproofing material durability,structural analysis method,and factor coupling method.The paper proposes the research direction of construction waterproofing durability theory and quantitative service life prediction model,and gives five specific suggestions for good design to reduce leakage.The article has certain guiding significance for promoting the durability research of construction waterproofing systems.
