雷火灸联合芪苈强心胶囊对阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效

Efficacy of Thunder-Fire Moxibustion Combined with Qili Qiangxin Capsule in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure of Yang Deficiency and Water Overflowing Syndrome

目的研究雷火灸联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭患者的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2021年10月至2022年10月安阳市中医院心病科出院的100例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组(50例,接受芪苈强心胶囊治疗)和观察组(50例,对照组基础上配合雷火灸治疗)。对比两组疗效、心功能、血浆氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平以及安全性。结果两组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分、左室舒张末期内径均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),两组左室射血分数、6 min步行距离均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NT-proBNP、CRP均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未出现心血管不良事件及不良反应。结论雷火灸联合芪苈强心胶囊能缓解阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭患者的中医症候,提高患者的心功能,降低患者NT-proBNP、CRP水平,且具有较高的安全性。

Objective To study the efficacy of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with Qili Qiangxin capsule in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure of Yang deficiency and water overflowing syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic heart failure discharged from Department of Cardiology of Anyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group(50 cases,accepted Qili Qiangxin capsule)and observation group(50 cases,accepted thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of control group)by the random number table method.The efficacy,cardiac function,plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels and safety were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistical difference in the clinical efficacy between both groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medical syndromes scores and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in both groups were decreased,and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction and 6 minutes walking distance in the two groups were increased,and the two indicators were higher in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NT-proBNP and CRP were declined in both groups,and the levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In this study,there was no cardiovascular adverse events or adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with Qili Qiangxin capsule in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure of Yang deficiency and water overflowing syndrome can alleviate the TCM symptoms,enhance the cardiac function and reduce the levels of NT-proBNP and CRP,and it has good safety.
