摘要
为了解决8311综采工作面煤柱侧精准切顶问题,消除煤柱侧向悬板压力对相邻工作面的影响,实现对坚硬顶板的精准控制,在借鉴石油工业钻井压裂技术的基础上,提出了一种新型的坚硬顶板复合射孔定向造缝压裂技术方案,利用射孔弹和火药在空间装药和时间爆序的相互配合,实现精准定向造缝压裂。该技术在塔山矿8311综采工作面实施后,爆破成缝率较高,可实现精准定向造缝压裂的目标。
In order to solve the problem of precise roof cutting at the coal pillar side of 8311 fully mechanized mining face in Tashan Colliery,eliminate the impact of lateral hanging plate pressure on adjacent working faces of coal pillars,and achieve accurate control of hard roof,the authors propose a new type of composite perforation directional fissure generating and fracturing technology scheme in hard roof based on the fracturing technology of the petroleum industry,which can achieve precise directional fissure generating and fracturing through the coordination of perforating charges and gunpowder in space and time blasting sequence with high blasting fissure generation rate.
