摘要
为提升国内某1340 mm HC冷连轧机组的带钢板形质量和生产效率,建立了以带钢板形良好、电机功率平衡和预防打滑为优化目标的四机架HC冷连轧机负荷分配多目标优化模型,采用非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)获得Pareto最优解集。按轧制状态将工作辊辊期划分为4个阶段,基于各阶段工作辊的热凸度、粗糙度以及控轧需求,合理确定3个优化目标的权重系数,解决目标函数间的冲突关系,从而获得能适应辊期动态变化的轧制规程。仿真表明:优化后的轧制规程有助于改善板形质量、提高生产效率并减小打滑概率。
In order to improve the strip shape quality and production efficiency of 1340 mm HC tandem cold rolling mill,a multi-objective tandem cold rolling load distribution optimization model for four-stand HC mill based on good flatness,motor power balance and slip factor balance is established.The Pareto optimal solution set is obtained by non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱ).According to the rolling condition,the work roll compaign is divided into four stages.Based on thermal crown and roughness of the work roll in each stage and the rolling control requirements,the weight coefficients of the three optimization objectives are reasonably determined,and the conflict relationship between the objective functions is solved,so as to obtain the rolling schedule that can adapt to the dynamic change of the roll compaign.The simulation results show that the optimized rolling schedule is helpful to improve the shape quality,increase the production efficiency and reduce the slip probability.
