MDT联合OSCE教学模式在口腔全科规培医师教学中的应用价值分析

摘要 目的分析在口腔全科规培医师教学期间,运用多学科协作方式(multi-disciplinaryteam,MDT)与客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)教学模式联合的运用价值。方法选取2022年5月—2023年6月潍坊医学院附属医院接受全科规培的62名医师作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为两组,每组31名。对照组行传统灌输模式,观察组行MDT与OSCE教学模式,对比两组结业成绩分数、教学效果、教学满意度。结果观察组医师的结业成绩分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的教学效果分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医师对教学工作的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔全科规培医师教学期间,对医师运用MDT联合OSCE教学模式,提高医师结业考试成绩,并增强医师对理论知识与操作技能的掌握。 Objective To analyze the application value of using the multi-disciplinary team(MDT)and objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)teaching modes combined during the teaching of dental general practitioner trainees.Methods From May 2022 to June 2023,62 physicians who received general practice training in the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random drawing method,with 31 in each group.The control group was treated with traditional infusion mode,and the observation group was treated with MDT and OSCE teaching mode.The scores,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of the doctors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching effect score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of doctors in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the teaching period of dental general practitioner trainees,the use of MDT combined with the OSCE teaching mode can improve the physicians'final examination results and enhance their mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills.
