标准化护理干预在糖尿病肾病患者护理中的应用

Analysis of the Application of Standardized Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Diabetic Nephropathy Patients

目的:探讨标准化护理干预对2型老年糖尿病肾病患者血糖控制效果的影响。方法:2021年1月到2022年3月,选取100例糖尿病肾病患者为对象,每组50例,分别是观察组、对照组,前者实施标准化护理,后者实施常规护理。结果:观察组生理职能、生理机能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康等方面评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病肾病患者实施标准化护理,能够有效提升患者的生活质量以及护理满意率,临床应用价值显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nursing intervention on blood glucose control in elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods:From January 2021 to March 2022,100 diabetic nephropathy patients were selected as objects,and divided into the observation group and the control group respectively,with 50 cases in each group.The former received standardized nursing,the latter received routine nursing.Results:The scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,health status,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing for diabetic nephropathy patients has significant clinical application value.
