摘要
常用做各类循环冷却水系统阻垢分散剂的10%聚丙烯酸溶液中,如果含有侵蚀性的无机阴离子(如F^(-)、Cl^(-)、NO_(3)^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)等)将会对阻垢作用产生重大影响,极易造成管道以及设备部件腐蚀,影响循环冷却水系统的正常运行。为了完成某厂进厂原料10%聚丙烯酸溶液中各种无机阴离子含量的检测需求,建立了离子色谱法同时测定10%聚丙烯酸溶液中的多种无机阴离子含量的外标定量方法。实验结果表明,该原料样品中F含量为未检出,Cl含量为4.84mg/kg,NO3-含量为4.75mg/kg,SO_(4)^(2-)含量为4.55mg/kg,满足进厂原料的质量要求。且通过重复性实验测试该检测方法的精密度和空白溶液加标回收率,结果表明该方法相对标准偏差(RSD)<1%,加标回收率均在(100±5)%范围内,表明该方法具有良好的精密度和准确性,可以满足各类工厂对进厂原料10%聚丙烯酸溶液的品质指标管控需求。
If a 10%polyacrylic acid solution commonly used as a scale inhibitor dispersant for various types of circulating cooling water systems contains corrosive inorganic anions(such as F^(-),Cl^(-),NO_(3)^(-),SO_(4)^(2-),etc.),it will have a significant impact on the scale inhibition effect,easily causing corrosion of pipelines and equipment components,and affecting the normal operation of the circulating cooling water system.In order to meet the detection requirements of various inorganic anions in a 10%polyacrylic acid solution as raw material for a certain factory,an external standard quantitative method was established for the simultaneous determination of various inorganic anions in a 10%polyacrylic acid solution by ion chromatography.The experimental results show,the fluoride ion content in the raw material sample is NIL,chloride ion content is 4.84 mg/kg,nitrate ion content is 4.75 mg/kg,and sulfate ion content is 4.55 mg/kg,meeting the quality requirements for incoming raw materials.And through repeated experiments,the precision and blank solution spiked recovery rate of the detection method were tested.The results showed that the relative standard deviation(RSD)of the method was less than 1%,and the spiked recovery rate was within the range of(100±5)%.This indicates that the method has good precision and accuracy,and can meet the quality control requirements of various types of factories for 10%polyacrylic acid solution as raw material.
