摘要
为提高特大桩基静载试验可靠度,对桩基静载试验场地进行加固,以南京某桩基静载试验项目为依托,对不同固化剂掺量、不同固化深度、不同上部荷载情况下进行验证,基于现场实测数据对地基承载力、场地沉降观测结果进行数据分析,揭示各种因素的影响程度。研究结果表明,原状土地基经固化后,地基承载力由50 kPa增强至150 kPa以上;固化深度设计成1.0、1.5、2.0 m,固化剂掺量为5%,经现场平板载荷试验检测,能够满足设计要求;固化土场地上堆载加满后,场地平均沉降为16.7~19.1 mm,整体沉降均匀,根据沉降数据选择最优固化深度。
In order to improve the reliability of the static load test of very large pile foundation,the static load test site of pile foundation was strengthened.Based on the static load test project of a pile foundation in Nanjing,the verification was carried out under the conditions of different curing agent content,different curing depth and different upper load.The data analysis was conducted on the observation results of foundation bearing capacity and site settlement based on the field measured data,and the influence degree of various factors was revealed.The results show that the bearing capacity of the undisturbed soil foundation increases from 50 kPa to more than 150 kPa after solidification.The curing depth is designed to be 1.0 m,1.5 m and 2.0 m,and the curing agent content is 5%,which can meet the design requirements through the field plate load test.After loading the solidified soil,the average settlement of the site is 16.7~19.1 mm,and the overall settlement is uniform.The optimal curing depth is selected according to the settlement data.
