健康意识理论护理联合自我认同心理护理对老年髋部骨折患者髋关节功能、心理韧性及并发症的影响

The Effect of Health Awareness Theory Nursing Combined with Self-Identity Psychological Nursing on Hip Joint Function, Psychological Resilience, and Complications in Elderly Patients with Hip Fractures

目的 探析采取健康意识理论护理和自我认同心理护理联合的方法,在发生髋部骨折的老年患者的护理中,获得的应用效果。方法 以2020年2月至2022年7月为病例收集的时间段,纳入100例在我院骨科住院治疗的老年髋部骨折患者进行研究。将所有病例对象随机分组,观察组50例、对照组50例,对照组应用常规护理,观察组则在对照组基础上应用健康意识理论护理联合自我认同心理护理,对两组患者的髋关节功能、一般自我效能感、心理韧性、负性情绪、日常生活能力、并发症发生情况展开研究。结果 护理后,观察组的Harris、NGSES、CD-RISC、ADL等量表的评分结果都比对照组更高(P <0.05);观察组的负性情绪(HAMD、HAMA)的评分、并发症的发生率明显比对照组更低(P <0.05)。结论 对发生了髋部骨折的老年患者,在实施健康意识理论护理的同时,联合自我认同心理护理,可取得显著的效果,能明显地增强患者的心理韧性,改善负面的情绪,从而使患者更好地配合治疗、护理的开展,对促进髋关节的功能康复,减少并发症的发生风险具有积极的意义,建议临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of health awareness theory nursing combined with self-identity psychological nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with hip fractures.Methods From February 2020 to July 2022,100 elderly patients with hip fractures who were hospitalized in the orthopedics department of our hospital were included in the study.Randomly divide all case subjects into two groups,observation group 50 cases,control group 50 cases.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received health awareness theory nursing combined with self-identity psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.Conduct a study on the hip joint function,general self-efficacy,psychological resilience,negative emotions,daily living ability,and incidence of complications in both groups of patients.Results After nursing,the Harris score,NGSES score,CD-RISC score,and ADL score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);Observation group while the HAMD score,HAMA score,and incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of health awareness theory nursing combined with self identification psychological nursing for elderly patients with hip fractures has a significant effect,which can significantly improve their psychological resilience,improve their negative emotions,enhance the cooperation of treatment and nursing,promote the recovery of hip joint function,and reduce the risk of complications.It is recommended to promote clinical application.
