摘要
农业是我国的支柱产业之一,实现农业的现代化,是全面实施乡村振兴战略的必由之路。农业的发展离不开农业领域人才的支撑和引领,然而,目前我国农业领域人才培养过程中仍存在诸多问题和困难,例如,农业领域高等教育阶段优秀生源相对缺乏,学生对农业生产认识不足,且农业人才培养中的教学方法和评价体系均有待提高。针对这些问题需要利用多样化手段,增强优秀生源吸引力度;多方向全方位引导,提高学生对农业的认知水平;在教学中继续改善教学方法,持续完善评价体系。
Agriculture is one of the pillar industries in our country,and the realization of agricultural modernization is the only way to implement the strategy of rural revitalization in an all-round way.The development of agriculture is inseparable from the support and guidance of talents in agricultural fields.At present,however,there are still many problems and difficulties in the process of agricultural personnel training in our country;for example,there is a relative lack of excellent students in the stage of higher education in agricultural fields,and students'understanding of agricultural production is insufficient,and the teaching methods and evaluation system in agricultural personnel training need to be improved.In view of these problems,we need to use a variety of means to enhance the attraction of excellent students,give multi-directional and omni-directional guidance to improve students'cognitive level of agriculture,continue to improve teaching methods in teaching,and continuously improve the evaluation system.
