RTM成型PMI泡沫夹芯制件界面超声检测异常研究

摘要 为了研究RTM成型PMI泡沫夹芯制件中PMI泡沫-碳纤维板材间界面超声波C扫描波形差异的影响因素,设计了6组比对试验,采用超声波C扫描测试了不同方法的PMI泡沫夹芯制件的界面。结果表明,薄蒙皮的PMI泡沫夹芯制件在出现分层情况下界面回波达到100%,其他回波情况下均不会出现泡沫与蒙皮脱黏情况。 In order to research the effect factors of ultrasonic C-scan waveform difference between PMI foam and carbon fiber plate interface in the PMI foam sandwich parts formed by RTM,six groups of compar⁃ison tests were designed,and the interface of PMI foam sandwich parts under different methods was tested by ultrasonic C-scan.The results show that the interface echo of PMI foam sandwich parts with thin skins reaches 100%in the case of delamination,and the debonding of foam and skin will not occur in other echo cases.
